I own Randy Schumock NOTHING!!
If I owned Mr Schumock money he would of said something when I left. He has my email address because he emailed me just about everyday.

Dear Mr. Errington:
I am writing you on behalf of Randy Schumock, about whom you have been posting items on the internet. Please be advised that Mr. Schumock considers these items to be false, and therefore defamatory in nature.
Contrary to your assertion that Mr. Schumock owes you money, he informs me that in fact you owed him back amounts of rent, towards which your petty cash expenditures were applied. As you are aware, you received a rent credit for your work, but not free rent during your tenancy. It now appears that you still owe back rent, in even with the application of the amounts that you allege are due and owing you from Mr. Schumock.
Be that as it may, he is willing to forgo his claim(s) against you at this time in return for your removal of any and all websites and postings regarding him made by you, whether in your name or a pseudonym, and your ceasing and desisting from any attempt to pursue any type of claim you may feel that you have against him at this time.
Should you elect not to do so, I will further advise Mr. Schumock of his legal rights in this matter, which could include filing suit against you for your actions, including but not limited the unauthorized use of Mr. Schumock's likeness on your website.
Please respond directly to Mr. Schumock at your earliest convenience. Response, if any, should be in writing.
